What is NestJS?
NestJS is a progressive Node.js framework that favors convention over configuration. It offers developers with opinionated guidelines and code conventions to build robust projects efficiently and reliably. NestJS documentation offers guidance on how to protect their NestJS projects against common security vulnerabilities and attacks that target web applications such as Cross-site request forgery (also known as CSRF or XSRF). However, the framework does not provide authorization features out of the box.
You can integrate the Auth0 by Okta Identity Platform with NestJS to deliver a balance between security, privacy, and convenience to your users. Auth0 handles billions of login transactions each month. That's only possible because Auth0 is committed to solving complex identity problems by empowering developers with tools that meet their unique security needs and requirements.
Please allow us to show you how Auth0 makes identity and security work for you by exploring the Nest.js developer guides below.
